Letter to Santa

I was at Chick-Fil-A last night and they had a table where you could write letters to Santa. So I wrote one and then put it in their little mailbox <3

People are Faster than Letters :)

As most of you know, my boy is serving in Hungary. He teaches this English class over there and makes friends. Then, these friends add me on facebook. I guess he talks about me or something... :) Anywho, they are the nicest people. They take pictures of him and then send them to me. Seriously, too nice :) 

Yesterday I was talking to this lady he teaches named Bernadett. She's not a member, which is cool for me because I feel like I can help do my own missionary work when I talk to some of these people :) 

So she asked me if there was anything she could tell Preston for me. This is what i said... :)

Then she gets on facebook today and says:

My day is made :) 

p.s. I told her to tell him I'm sorry about Monday because that's when I fell asleep 7 minutes before he got online to email. It was the first time that has happened. And I felt terrible.

But I like to think that this is the start of a beautiful friendship :)

Letter Fast is OVER!

For you girls in the MG group, you know I've been venting lately about my recent lack of receiving letters. Today marked 3 1/2 weeks without a letter and what do I wake up to?
My mom was waving a letter in front of my face! Pretty sure I was still half asleep but all I could say was, "Nooo wayyy!!!!!!!"

I can't even tell you how amazing it was :) And look at everything that was included! It was worth the wait :) This is what was included:

1. The letter :) 

2. The 13 Articles of Faith in Hungarian :) 

3. A bunch of missionary cards :) 

3. A coupon for a big mac in Hungary :) 

4. Yes, those are cookies :) They're called, "Jó Reggelt's" and they are so good :) 

5. Two Hungarian coins :) 

It's safe to say that I'm beyond happy, and the first day of June has started out wonderful :) 

Recent Mail :) :(

I have had a love-hate relationship with the mail lately. I go out to check the mailbox everyday and for three weeks, still no letter. I know they are out there somewhere... They just aren't finding me :( But that's my hate relationship with it.
My love relationship comes when I finally got the newest addition to my keychains :) my fake name tag:)
(p.s. No, I didn't mess up. His name is supposed to come before"Elder" :))

It also totally made my day when I got this in the mail from the amazing, Miss Ryann Newby :) 

She knew I totally loved the Royal Wedding, and I know she did too. Which is why she was so excited for this stamp that she got from her mish, but then was sooo generous and sent ME one! :D I know what you're probably thinking.. It's just a stamp, right? Wrong. It's a Royal Wedding stamp. It's freaking awesome. And you know it. That's all I have to say about that. Thanks again Ryann!!! :D
