"Choose Your Love and Love Your Choice"
I love General Conference so much. I also really wish I was a guy so that I could have gone to the Priesthood session. I'm glad to hear that President Monson encouraged the RM's to get married as soon as possible when they get back. Hope Preston heard that part ;) I'm sure he did. Speaking of Preston, I am more in love with him than I've ever been :) His letters are amazing and so are his videos. I really believe his mission has blessed us both so much already. I know some girls say their boys change a lot. And I'm sure Preston will, but right now he's still the same Preston :) he's just slowly becoming a better version of himself. In his last letter he said,
"I really haven't changed that much. I mean, I'm always going to be me. So you don't have to worry about me being totally different when I get back. Cuz I won't be :) I just love you so much! I love to think about those first few days that I'm back with you. I know that within a day or two, we'll be right back where we were before I left. I know that :) Up until we get married I want us to be like we were before I left."
I love him more than anything :) I choose him. I choose to wait for him. He is more than worth it. I choose to better myself while he's gone. I choose to become so much closer to my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I love my choices :) And I know they are the right things to do. That is one thing that will never change :)

"Fear not, Let your Hearts be Comforted"
I've been reading my scriptures soooo much since Preston left. I started D&C the day he left and I am already 3/4 the way done and it's only been a month and half. I'm somewhat proud of myself :)
I have found so many answers to prayers and also a lot of comfort that I couldn't have found any way else. These aren't in any order, but some of my recent favorites are:
I have found so many answers to prayers and also a lot of comfort that I couldn't have found any way else. These aren't in any order, but some of my recent favorites are:
D&C 98:1-3
1. "Verily I say unto you my friends, fear not, let your hearts be comforted; yea, rejoice evermore, and in everything give thanks.
2. Waiting patiently on the Lord, for your prayers have entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth, and are recorded with this seal and testament - the Lord hath sworn and decreed that they shall be granted.
3. Therefore, he giveth this promise unto you, with an immutable covenant that they shall be fulfilled; and all things wherewith you have been afflicted shall work together for your good, and to my name's glory, saith the Lord."
D&C 68:6
6. "Wherefore, be of good cheer, and do not fear, for I the Lord am with you, and will stand by you..."
D&C 90:24
24. "Search diligently, pray always, and be believing and all things shall work together for your good.."
John 14:27
14. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your hear be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Proverbs 3:5-6
5. Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6. in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
Colossians 1:11
11. Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness.
John 14:18
18. No, I will not abandon you or leave you as orphans in the storm - I will come to you.
I know there are a million other amazing scriptures. These have just been some recent ones I found. It's amazing how much I can see blessings in my life everyday. Reading the scriptures daily really works wonders :)

Just Kidding.
Ya know my last post when I was frustrated about not getting a letter? Yeah.. I take that back :) I got the most amazing letter/cassette/MEMORY CARD today. I knew Preston would never not write unless it was basically an emergency. He just proved me right :) Looks like the postal system was just being stupid. So I just wanted to post because now looking back at what I said yesterday, it seems stupid.
The memory card = The most amazing thing ever. I suggest every MG to try this :)
Hungarian is the craziest language. He just loves to make me translate :p

No Letter = Venting
Today is Friday. Today is letter day. Usually I absolutely love Fridays. But not this Friday...
Preston has now been in the MTC for 5 1/2 weeks and I've gotten a letter and email every week. His Pdays are on Wednesdays and because of the fact that I live only 20 minutes away from the MTC, I usually get letters on Thursdays or Fridays. On his pday this week, I never received an email. I was pretty down about that. But then I said to myself, "Only 2 more days and I'll have an amazing letter". I tried to stay positive. Then today, I was so excited about the mail coming today. Probably more excited than ever. But once it finally came and I looked all the envelopes, there wasn't one for me. I looked through them again making sure I didn't miss anything. Still, no letter. And then of course the tears came. We had talked about this so much before he left. I would tell him that I'll understand if he's busy. But I told him even if he just wrote down 3 little words and sent it to me that it would be way better than not getting anything. He told me he would write every week.. And I thought for sure I'd at least get letters every week while he's in the MTC. I didn't think that would be a problem. But we're only 5 weeks in and he's already not writing? Or did the letter just get lost? I doubt it. I'm trying to stay positive but when he asked me to send him Dear Elder letters everyday, I decided I'd do it because I'll do anything to make him happy. So every morning I wake up and send him a Dear Elder. Not because I really want to, but because he asked me to. And I asked him to send me one only once a week and he can't even do that? He's not even in the field yet.. So then I thought to myself, "Is this foreshadowing how the rest of his mission is going to be?" I can't help but think that now when he's actually in Hungary who knows when I'll be getting letters. The thing is, I know he loves me and he knows how much letters mean to me. Which is why I can't picture him not writing... *sigh* I really just hope the letter got lost... Here's hoping for a better week, and a better Friday.
